Job Responsibilities:
Supervise the whole development team and projects.
Observe the performance and procedures of internal systems and suggest improvements to achieve more reliability on the procedures.
Make sure all the processes of development adhere to the security rules and regulations.
Understand the requirements of the project and set goals and timelines for each project.
Understand the objectives of the organization and build strategies for future projects accordingly.
Decide the budget for the department.
Find ways to improve cost efficiency.
Support the implementation of best engineering practices and cutting-edge technologies.
Analyze policies for internal systems and equipment.
Maintain valuable relations with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering and other related courses.
Proven experience as a Director of Engineering or other related courses.
Experience in the whole development process.
Understanding of cloud technologies.
Positive knowledge of the industry.
Leadership qualities and strategic mindset.
