Over 2 years of experience in customer data modeling best practices
Act as a technical specialist for Salesforce Data Cloud components like Data
Streams, Unified Data Model, Transformations/Insights, Identity Resolution,
Segmentations, Activations, Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Cloud Pages, Ad Studio, Site Mapping, and Website Personalization.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and configuration guides.
Designing data models and schemas within the CDP to ensure productive storage, retrieval, and analysis of customer data. This may involve creating unified customer profiles, segmentation models, and personalization strategies.
Oversee solution implementation.



Managing integrations with various data sources and systems (CRM, marketing automation tools, data warehouses, etc.) to ensure seamless data flow into and out of the CDP.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in technical design and data model workshops with engineering teams and stakeholders.
Translate and communicate technical requirements and solutions to the business using stories, and present strategies to executives.
Lead sessions to understand client needs in technical marketing and Salesforce Data Cloud, and act as a key technical resource.
-Evaluate client requirements, propose solutions, and explain the capabilities and limitations of Salesforce Data Cloud and related platforms.
