Job Description Role Overview
n We are looking for a hands-on Finance skilled with 2–3 years of startup experience, who has exposure to fund raising support, investor documentation, and statutory compliances. The role demands practical knowledge rather than only theoretical understanding.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Investor agreements, SHA, SSA, term sheets, cap tables
n Documentation related to domestic & foreign investments
n Supporting FEMA, FDI, RBI filings and compliance requirements
n Coordinating with investors, legal advisors, CS, and consultants
n Handling PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, GST and other statutory compliances
n Assisting in payroll processing and compliance reporting
n Preparation of MIS reports, budgets, and basic financial analysis




n Liaising with auditors, bankers, and regulatory authorities
n n Must-Have Skills & Experience
n n 2–3 years of relevant finance experience in a startup
n Exposure to investment / fund-raising documentation, and FEMA & foreign investment regulations is a plus.
n Hands-on experience in PF, ESIC & payroll compliances
n Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, evolving startup setting
n n Preferred Qualifications
n n CA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com
n Experience in VC/PE-backed startups is a plus
