Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Head of Accounts to oversee the Accounting and our financial of the Factory operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the full spectrum of accounting functions including accountspayable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
Prepare and analyse financial statements, management reports, and budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.
Collaborate with senior management to provide MIS, insights and support strategic decision making.
Manage and monitor cash flow, financial planning, and risk management.
Oversee tax planning and compliance with all required regulations.
Lead and mentor the accounting team to enhance efficiency and performance.
Work closely with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.




Handle complex financial transactions and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Utilize Microsoft Navision to manage accounting processes and generate financial reports effciently.
Ensure cost control and support cost accounting measures for business efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

Professional Qualification: Certified Cost Accountant (CMA) or Chartered Accountant

(CA) is mandatory.

Experience: A minimum of 5 -10 yrs post qualification experience in accounting and finance, with experience in a leadership or managerial role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Navision is essential.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact eƯectively with
internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work in a energetic and fast-paced workplace, with a high degree of
professionalism and accuracy.
