The Dynamics Technical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics solutions within an organization. This role involves managing project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of Dynamics solutions that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Design: Define project scope, establish timelines, determine resource needs, and set milestones for Dynamics projects. Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate a team of Dynamics specialists, including developers, consultants, and analysts. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them. Implementation Oversight:
Ensure the Dynamics solutions are implemented effectively and optimized for the client’s business processes. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics systems after project completion.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Dynamics domain, with a robust understanding of Microsoft Dynamics systems and their implementation. Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications are highly desirable.
