Job Description:
Operate primary packing machines such as:
Blister Packing Machine
Strip Packing Machine
Bottle Filling Line
Cartoning Machine
Leak Test Machine
Perform machine setup, changeover, and line clearance activities.
Ensure packing activities are carried out as per BMR/BPR and SOP guidelines.
Monitor machine performance and minimize breakdowns and rejection.
Maintain production targets with required quality standards.
Check batch coding, foil printing, and packing material during operation.
Coordinate with QA/QC and maintenance departments whenever required.
Maintain cleanliness and GMP compliance in the packing area.
Fill and maintain production and machine-related documents properly.
Follow safety procedures and company policies during operations.
