This open position is for Armanino India LLP, which is located in India. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).
Responsibilities
Supervise, plan and perform royalty compliance audits and desktop reviews for various client engagements.
Conduct detailed contract reviews to summarize and interpret financial provisions of client agreements with third parties, including record labels, publishers, digital service providers and other licensing entities.
Lead a team of staff members under supervision of a Manager and/or Director.
Exhibit solid analytical skills to evaluate calculations presented on royalty statements for compliance with financial terms in the relevant agreements.
Prepare basic and moderately complex workpapers and written reports to calculate and quantify understated royalties as per agreement terms.
Continue to develop administrative, skilled, and interpersonal skills to the extent of being able to organize, analyze and communicate with both the engagement team and client personnel in a skilled, produ
