RESPONSIBILITIES
Foster culture of Safety and quality amogst the productionTeam memebers
Execute day to day operational activities by following standard operating procedures and work related instructions in protected and compliant manner
Take ownership for productivity, safety and quality related compliance execution in respective work areas as per defined company standards. Identify quality issue and correct it
Maintain shift wise logbooks as per defined standard /operating procedure/ work instructions.
Participate and contribute in operational excellence,5S and Kaizen related initiatives at shop floor.
Ownership for effective resource utilization, losses elimination, reporting, and preventing any unsafe behavior in respective work area. Able to trouble shoot machine related common issues,



have details of function of component of machine, independently can do machine setting for new job or change job
Ensure correct data entry (production volume, downtime, rejections) and proper labelling & storage
of product as per quality disposition. Able to run machine independently, monitor quality parameter of product and OEE of machine
Ability to work without supervision, transparent focused, ethical and follow the std work plan.
Positive communication skill with cross function on attitude for how problem can solve
Good team player, work as a team. Work with cross functional team and support the common business goals
