Program Analyst II

You will play a pivotal role in the continuous transformation of our plant detailed scheduling capabilities and supporting technology. You will be responsible for driving product vision, strategy, and execution to meet the evolving needs of our supply chain and customers.

Job Description: As a Program Analyst II in our Planning & Logistics COE, you will play a pivotal role in the continuous transformation of our planning & scheduling processes and technology. You will be responsible for driving product vision, strategy, and execution to meet the evolving needs of our supply chain and customers. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain processes including Planning, Scheduling, and interaction with other Supply Chain and business functions, and a robust ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions.

Education / Work Experience: Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management,



Engineering or related field of study. 6+ years of Planning and/or Manufacturing experience & 1+ years leading others.

Independence Level / Reports to: Limited managerial or supervisory support required from manager. Provide advanced input to the creation of strategic roadmap and responsible for being change agent. Normally reports to Senior Manager or Director.
