Job Description Job Accountabilities:
n n Perform and review detailed engineering calculations to validate system design parameters (heating, cooling loads, air conditioning, etc.)
n Preparing schematic, detailed drawings that illustrate layout of MEP system. Specifying equipment types and capacities.
n Preparing detailed reports specifications and schedules and list of equipments for MEPF systems
n Interact with internal and external stakeholders to develop requirement-specific solutions.
n Interact with Technical Consultant to ensure design achievability.
n Ensure to provide quality design and on-time delivery.
n Prepare design tools and methods competence and implement positive design practices.
n Reviews MEP-Design for planning, designing, cost estimating.
n Ensure compliance with quality standards and certifications.

n Proficiency in mechanical design software
n n Qualification & Key Skills:
n n Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
n LEED certification or other sustainability certifications.
n 8 to 15 years of Experience in sustainable design and energy-effective systems.
n Knowledge of building automation systems and smart building technologies.
