Job Description Job Role: TV Ad Sales

n Key Responsibilities:
n 1. Business Development & Revenue Generation:
n n Drive advertising revenue for Republic TV's linear channels by identifying and acquiring recent clients across sectors.
n Grow business from existing accounts through up-selling, cross-selling, and customized media solutions.
n n 2. Client & Agency Management:
n n Build robust relationships with key media agencies and direct clients.
n Collaborate with agency planners / buyers and brand managers to create effective and innovative ad campaigns.
n n 3.



Sales Strategy & Planning:
n n Create account-level sales strategies and implement them to meet or exceed revenue targets.
n Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and identify growth opportunities.
n n 4. Campaign Execution & Coordination:
n n Work closely with internal teams – Programming, Traffic, Operations, and Creative – to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
n Monitor performance, track deliverables, and ensure high client satisfaction.
n n Key Requirements:
n - 3–7 years of relevant experience in Media Ad Sales, preferably with exposure to Linear Television.
n - Strong existing relationships with media agencies and clients.
n - Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
n - Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented approach.
