What will you do?

As a Risk & Compliance officer, you are part of the team that helps our colleagues to provide services in a compliant workplace. The team is constantly supporting our different business units to minimize risk around security and quality in addition to complying with relevant law and regulations. In this role your focus is to support the organization to achieve its objective while having sufficient control over information risk, controls, and the effectiveness of these controls.

At Plat4mation our assurance strategy is centered around ISO9001 for quality and ISO27001 for information security.



You will proactively maintain contact with all relevant stakeholders and partners and will support the CISO with the implementation of the standards, the operational monitoring, and continuous improvement activities. With your knowledge and experience in information security, risk management, compliance and governance, you will act subject matter expert within the organization.

Scope of work:
Assess, prioritize and update existing IT security policies and standards to reflect the compliance framework
Support the internal risk assessments, identify areas of potential technical and process vulnerability, and recommend compensating controls
Evaluate and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the effectiveness of standards and compensating controls in mitigating IT risk.
Interact with Internal/External Audit and IT teams to ensure on-going Compliance with company IT security policies and standards.
Maintain a management dashboard and produce a periodic compliance report for executive management
