Job Description Job Title: General Manager – Contract Logistics Operations
n Job Purpose:
n Lead and oversee end-to-end Contract Logistics Operations across multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, profitability, compliance, and continuous business growth.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Lead warehouse, transportation, and distribution operations.
n Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence.
n Manage P&L;, budgets, and operational KPIs.
n Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and quality standards.
n Build solid customer relationships and handle key escalations.
n Lead contract implementation and process improvement initiatives.
n Develop and mentor high-performing operations teams.




n Coordinate with Sales, Finance, HR, and other support functions to achieve business objectives.
n n Qualification & Experience:
n n Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Management.
n 15–20 years of experience in Contract Logistics/3PL operations, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
n n Key Skills:
n Contract Logistics, Warehousing, Distribution, P&L; Management, WMS/ERP, Customer Relationship Management, Process Improvement, Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Stakeholder Management.
