Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute construction of civil works, infrastructure, and services at project sites.
Reports to Project Manager.
Flair for execution, expediting through careful construction planning, coordination, and site control.
Quality- and safety-conscious and systems-oriented.
Proactive with contractors and for timely inputs of engineering, material, machinery, equipment, and labor.
Leads a team of engineers and supervisors.
Advises contractors and staff on all technical matters.
Aware of local construction regulations.
Candidate profile:
Degree or diploma in civil engineering from a recognized university with more than 10 years of work experience at sites in residential or commercial real estate high-rise projects in Mumbai.
Positive communication skills, both written and verbal.
