Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Treasures Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
Develop and implement strategies to grow the Treasures customer base and deepen relationships with existing clients
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering their career development and ensuring they are equipped to handle complex client needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance the Treasures proposition and customer experience




Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous enhancement
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements
Experience in a similar leadership role within the banking or financial services industry
Proven track record of successfully managing and engaging a team to achieve ambitious targets
Robust interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex client needs
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
