Purpose :

Implement and monitor policies to achieve targeted sales, and improve market share on a sustainable basis.

Provide ongoing technical and sales service to Channel partners & end customers. Identify market trends & opportunities; negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing sales profits

Key Activities :
Educate Dealers to sell high-value / High Margin / current products to improve Sales Turnover.
Facilitate ZDs /Ads / Dealers to achieve their sales targets, FGIs, QGIs, etc.
Prepare and maintain Dealer master and Panel.
Ensure Local level ads are released as per agreement.
Ensure In-shop branding, Signage,
Boards, etc. at dealers' outlets.
Implementation of MOP system.
Report un-authorized dealer selling / unauthorized
product selling.
Collect and provide update on
competitor's activities such as current
product introduction / scheme launch /
Price changes / incentive / discounting
structures etc.

Key Performance Indicators:
No. of unauthorized dealers identified
No. of cold call conversions (Institutions)
No. of ROs converted to MBOs,



MBOs to Exclusive, and Exclusive to Shoppers, World, and Galleries.

MARKET DEVELOPMENT & PENETRATION :
Participate in local level fairs / exhibitions alone with ZD / Dealers.
Approach Institutions / Bulk buyers / Search of prospective end customers.
Identify opportunities for appointing dealers.
Appointment of recent ROs and MBOs as per plan.
Conversion of ROs to MBOs, MBOs to Exclusive, Exclusive to Shoppes/ World/ Galleries as per plan.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION :
"Visit ZDs / ADs / Dealers as per plan.
" Ensure that Dealers receive and
understand all communications/policies, etc.
Provide technical assistance to customers regarding foam applications & appropriate uses.
