About the Role
Weare looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager B2B Sales to drive business growth by acquiring SMEs and mid-sized businesses through a consultative sales approach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building robust client relationships, and delivering tailored business solutions to founders, CXOs, and key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire current SME and mid-sized business clients through proactive prospecting and consultative selling.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Present and sell B2B visibility solutions, memberships, and business services based on client requirements.
Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, sales activities, and forecasts in the CRM system.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing clients.
Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums to generate business prospects.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, relationship management, or business development.
