Overview:
The HR Recruiter plays a crucial role in facilitating the recruitment and selection processes within an organization. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
 Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
 Coordinate with department heads to understand specific hiring needs.
 Post job openings on relevant job boards, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
 Conduct initial candidate assessments and reference checks.
On-boarding:




 Organize and lead the employee on-boarding process to ensure smooth integration into the company.
 Prepare and process employment contracts, offer letters, and other required documentation.
 Facilitate HR induction sessions and introduce current hires to company policies, culture, and team members.
HR Administration:
 Manage and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
 Maintain documentation related to employee perks, attendance, leave management, and performance reviews.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
 Serve as the point of contact for employees on HR-related queries.
 Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and fostering a positive workplace culture.
 Support performance management processes and assist in implementing employee feedback mechanisms.
Compliance & Policy Management:
 Ensure the company is compliant with laws and regulations.
 Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedur
