n n Support clients in the operation, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle Cerner EHR environments.
n Work on healthcare technology solutions while gaining hands-on exposure to Cerner infrastructure, workflows, and best practices.
n Collaborate with experienced consultants and technical teams to deliver effective healthcare IT solutions.
n Contribute to improving clinical, operational, and revenue workflows through technical enhancements and automation.

n Domain: Cerner Technical / Clinical Decision Support
n Primary Skills: CCL Scripting, Discern Alerts
n Focus: Technical build, automation, and production support
n n Key Responsibilities
n n Provide L2 production support for Cerner technical components, including CCL scripts and Discern Alerts.
n Design, develop, test, and maintain Cerner Command Language (CCL) scripts.
n Build and configure Discern Alerts to support clinical, operational, and revenue cycle workflows.
n Develop custom solutions for data extraction, validation, automation, and reporting.




n Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution within defined SLAs.
n Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver system enhancements.
n Support system optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
n n Mandatory Skills
n n 3+ years of experience in Cerner technical solutions.
n Robust experience with:
n Cerner Command Language (CCL) scripting.
n Discern Alerts configuration and support.
n Technical build, automation, and production support.
n Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) concepts.
n Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
n Ability to work with healthcare workflows and clinical decision support systems.
n n Nice-to-Have Skills
n n Oracle Cerner certifications.
n Experience with Cerner Millennium applications.
n Knowledge of healthcare IT standards and workflows.
n Experience in clinical reporting and data extraction solutions.
