1. 2+ years of experience in application production
support.
2. Solid knowledge of banking applications, internet,
and mobile banking platforms.
3. Proficiency in programming languages (Java,
Python, etc.) will be added advantage .
4. Experience with database management systems
(Oracle, MySQL, etc.).
5. Understanding of IT service management
frameworks (ITIL).
