About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Engineer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Golang to design and build scalable, high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate should have solid system design capabilities, hands-on coding experience, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver robust and efficient backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Golang.
Lead and contribute to system design and architecture discussions for new and existing services.
Write clean, productive, and testable code adhering to industry best practices.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Frontend Engineers, and DevOps to deliver complete features.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Conduct code reviews,



ensure high-quality code standards, and mentor junior engineers when required.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks with innovative and scalable solutions.
Stay current with emerging technologies and quickly adapt to new business domains and codebases.
Contribute to improving development processes, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of hands-on experience in Java (Spring Boot) and Golang (Go).
Robust understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
Experience in system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
