Key Roles & Responsibilities
Co-ordinating with Bank/Financial institutions on compliance and documentation
Efficiently manage multiple projects, monitor progress, and ensure completion within timelines.
Target v/s Achievement analysis with deep dive into variance to understand reasons
Mobilize and coordinate efforts between business teams and project stakeholders.
Being proactive in raising items requiring attention of the leadership team.
Bringing out key business insights across functions be it revenue generation, operations, customer fulfilment.
Financial modelling, variance analysis, business presentations and reporting.

Skills & Qualification Required
CA / MBA with ~3 years of experience (Tier 2 MBA school)
CA Inter with ~5 years of relevant experience in Treasury/ Business finance
Peoples’ person with excellent communication skills.
Prior experience in Project Management and Business Finance.
Worked in a rapid-paced workplace.
