We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a high–impact Manager for enterprise sales for GEMS.
n Role Overview
n The Manager – Sales will be responsible for driving current customer acquisition, managing the complete sales cycle, and building solid relationships with decision-makers. The role requires a hands-on, consultative seller who can open doors, build credibility, and close mid-to-large enterprise deals.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Drive sales for the GEMS platform within NBFCs and BFSI organizations.
n Identify, prospect, and engage CXOs, functional heads, and strategy/transformation leaders.




n Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
n Conduct product demos and solution discussions tailored to client needs.
n Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
n Represent Excelrate at industry events, forums, and networking platforms.
n n Desired Candidate Profile
n n 2 years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales (SaaS, BFSI tech, consulting, performance management, or enterprise solutions).
n Prior exposure to NBFCs or Financial Services ecosystem is strongly preferred.
n Demonstrated ability to close mid-sized to large enterprise deals.
n Solid consultative selling and presentation skills.
n Ability to work independently with high ownership in a startup or growth-stage environment.
n Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
