Job Description:

Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of cross-platform mobile applications
using React Native.
• Architect and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to
define project requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and their implementation.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high code quality
through code reviews and testing.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our
applications are cutting-edge and competitive.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and foster a
culture of innovation within the team.
Eligibility
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 4+ years of qualified experience in software development,



with at least 4 years
focused on mobile application development using React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, TypeScript, and up-to-date front-end frameworks.
• Extensive experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
• Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party
services.

• Solid understanding of mobile application architecture, including performance
optimization, caching, security, and monitoring.
• Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android) is a significant plus.
• Deep understanding of mobile-specific challenges, such as battery consumption
optimization and network constraints.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, high-quality software solutions on schedule.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Solid leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborat
