Key Responsibilities:
Source and onboard current customers for unsecured Personal and Business Loans.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Understand customer financial needs and provide tailored loan solutions.
Collaborate with credit, operations, and documentation teams for timely loan processing.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.




Actively participate in promotional and field marketing activities to generate leads.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales and acquisition targets.
Conduct customer follow-ups and ensure a seamless post-disbursal experience.
Keep records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends.

Candidate Requirements:
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-driven mindset with a customer-first approach.
Basic understanding of financial products, preferably unsecured loans.
Willingness to work in field sales and handle on-ground client acquisition.
Proficiency in regional/local language(s) will be an added advantage.
