Role Description
This is a full time in office role for a Real Estate Specialist. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with real estate, including customer service, real estate development, sales, and handling real property.



The role is located in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
Good understanding of real estate principles, processes, and laws
Excellent customer service skills
Experience in real estate development and sales
Working knowledge of real property management
Familiarity with the local real estate market and its trends
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
Real estate certification or license
