Job Description:

Role Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Senior Manager - Ombudsman to join our Legal team. In this pivotal role, you will assist in addressing and resolving concerns raised by individuals regarding the services and operations of HEALTH INSURANCE Co. You will work collaboratively with various departments to ensure that issues are handled effectively, promoting transparency and accountability within the organization.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Support the Ombudsman in investigating complaints and concerns raised by stakeholders, ensuring timely and thorough resolution
Conduct thorough investigations into complaints and concerns raised by stakeholders, ensuring an impartial and objective approach
Assist in documenting findings, recommendations, and actions taken to address issues
Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement solutions that enhance service delivery
Prepare and present reports on trends and patterns observed in complaints to inform strategic decision-making




Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and provide updates on the resolution process

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates
Bachelor's degree in law from reputed institute
Experience working in an ombudsman office or similar role
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance issues
Proficiency in conflict resolution and mediation techniques

Key Requirements - Experience & Skills
5+ years of experience in Ombudsman roles, conflict resolution, or related fields
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of stakeholder dynamics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and confidentiality
