Overview:
The Business Development Associate plays a critical role in driving the growth and success of the organization. They are responsible for identifying, creating, and developing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships. The role requires a strategic thinker with robust interpersonal and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Build and maintain solid, long-lasting customer relationships.
Create and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate and close business deals that meet the company's strategic objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
Participate in industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, competition, and potential prospects.




Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively sell to clients.
Manage and update the CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Prepare regular sales and business development reports for senior management.
Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of business growth strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business development.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Any field.
Proven experience min 6 months in a business development, sales, or related role.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
