Arabelle Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and autonomous Senior Engineering Local Leader to join our growing nuclear business. Based near our factory in India (Sanand), this role is critical to bridging technical leadership with operational excellence. The Engineering Leader will work in close collaboration with the Plant Leader and local engineering teams, while reporting functionally to the Product Engineering Leader based in France.
This position requires a solid technical profile, capable of working across silos, driving collaboration, and operating independently in a context where direct local engineering management is not present.
Key Responsibilities
Interface with Factory Leadership:
Serve as the primary engineering escalation point of contact for the Factory Leader, supporting issue resolution related to safety, quality, and lead time.
Act as the main engineering counterpart to the Factory Leader, contributing to discussions with key customers on production challenges, technical topics, and decision-making.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with factory operations, methods, quality, supply chain, and product engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering activities from design through production.
Support and monitor continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Report on potential NPI programs related to the development, validation, and modification of engineering solutions based on customer feedback and factory inpu
