Job Description Shirpur Campus invites application for Faculty Position with School of Pharmacy & Technology Management, for Operations Management Area
n Assistant Professor
n Essential:
n n Ph.D. with a minimum of 55% in Master's Degree in Business Management / Administration / in a relevant discipline.
n Consistently good academic record with First Class (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed. Master's Degree in Business Management / Administration / in a relevant management related discipline or first class in two years full time PGDM programme from an institute accredited by the AICTE / UGC.
n Candidates with a minimum of two years' experience of teaching excluding the period spent for obtaining the research degree will be preferred.
n Minimum 2 SCI Publications in refereed journals.
n n Desirable
n n Teaching, research, industrial and / or skilled experience in a reputed organization.
n Papers presented at conferences, published work such as research papers,



books or technical reports published in referred journals, patents filed / obtained.
n n OR
n In the event the candidate is from industry, the following requirements shall constitute as essential requirements:
n Essential:
n n Consistently valuable academic record with First Class (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) Master's Degree in Business Management / Administration / in a relevant management related discipline or first class in two-year full time PGDM programme from an institute accredited by the AICTE / UGC
n n n A minimum of ten years qualified work experience at managerial level in the field of Operations Management/ General Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational and Consumer Behavior, Quality Management Consulting/ Project Management in Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
