Job Description International Business Development Executive (Healthcare)
n About the Role
n The role focuses on generating and qualifying international business prospects for Medikabazaar Healthcare across Africa, the Middle East, and other export markets.
n Core Responsibilities
n n Identify and engage distributors, importers, wholesalers, hospitals, and healthcare buyers.
n Build and maintain prospect databases through LinkedIn, trade directories, exhibitions, and market research.
n Conduct international outreach via phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
n Introduce company products and services, qualify leads, and understand customer requirements.
n Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for senior sales managers.
n Build relationships with key stakeholders, including Managing Directors, Procurement Managers, Import Managers, Product Managers, and Hospital Administrators.
n Maintain accurate CRM records, including call outcomes, meetings, feedback, and sales opportunities.
n Support the sales process by sharing catalogues, company profiles, price lists, and product certifications.
n n Essential Skills
n n Excellent English communication skills




n International telecalling and cold-calling experience
n B2B sales and negotiation skills
n LinkedIn prospecting and email marketing knowledge
n MS Excel and CRM proficiency
n Ability to achieve sales targets
n n Preferred Qualifications
n n Medical device or healthcare industry experience
n Export sales experience
n Knowledge of African and Middle Eastern markets
n Understanding of international trade
n Experience working with distributors and importers

n 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST

n n MDE: Ventilators, Patient Monitor, X-Ray, ECG Machines, etc.
n IVD: POCT (Glucometer, Hb Meter), Analyzers, Hematology etc.
n Hospital Equipment: Hospital, ICU Beds, OT Tables etc.
n Pharmaceutical: Generic Make In India portfolio, Nutraceuticals etc.
n Contrast Media
n n Market Coverage
n Candidates should be comfortable interacting with customers across Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Zambia, and Middle Eastern markets.
