Manage and execute end-to-end manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
Act as an Xray expert, ensuring seamless integration of Xray with JIRA for effective test case management and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive coverage.
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable deployments.
Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, ensuring timely resolution.
Monitor and analyze test results, providing actionable insights to improve product quality.
Train and mentor QA team members on automation best practices and tools.
Effectively communicate with US-based clients to convey test strategies, results, and quality improvements.
Required Skills and Experience:
Technical Expertise:
Solid proficiency in Python and Pytest for automation testing.
Hands-on experience with Cucumber for BDD (Behavior-Driven Development).
In-depth knowledge of Xray JIRA integration, including test case creation, execution, and reporting.
Experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks for scalable testing.
Defect management proficiency using JIRA or similar tools.
Knowledge of integrating test automation with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, or similar).
Expertise in Scrum ceremonies and execution.
