Hiring for Bhubaneswar Office's (In office)

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily administrative operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, and handle inquiries promptly and professionally.
Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as required.




Assist in budget planning and expense tracking.
Supervise and train administrative staff.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support senior management in various administrative tasks as needed.
Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Skill Sets Required:
Organizational Skills: Ability to efficiently organize tasks, manage time effectively, and prioritize responsibilities.
Communication Skills: Solid written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues, clients, and senior management, as well as for drafting documents.
