n We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Team Lead with expertise in Autonomous
n Vehicles (AV) and robust English communication skills. The ideal candidate will manage
n day-to-day operations, interact with clients, and contribute to technical problem-solving,
n reporting, and process automation.
n Key Responsibilities:
n  Handle client communications, daily syncs, and timely updates with clarity and
n professionalism.
n  Lead a team on AV workflows including data labeling, perception, and validation.
n  Manage reporting dashboards; automate repetitive reporting and monitoring tasks.
n  Provide hands-on support in technical areas like VM setup, Linux commands, and




n basic scripting.
n  Drive quality and process adherence while mentoring team members.
n Qualifications:
n  3–5 years of experience in AV/ADAS workflows, with at least 1 year in a team lead
n role.
n  Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
n  Solid in reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, basic scripting).
n  Valuable understanding of Linux environments, VMs, and related troubleshooting.
n  Ability to multitask, coordinate, and deliver under timelines.
