Role Overview
Meeraq is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales professional to lead enterprise client acquisition, build CXO-level relationships, and manage full-cycle B2B sales. This role requires a strong hunter mindset, exceptional communication skills, and experience selling L&D; or upskilling solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Drive enterprise client acquisition with an 80% focus on hunting.
Own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiations and closures.
Build and strengthen relationships with CXOs, HR Leaders,
and senior decision-makers.
Achieve annual revenue targets in the range of ₹2–4 Cr (average).
Use storytelling-led sales presentations to position Meeraq’s solutions effectively.
Manage end-to-end account ownership and ensure strong client satisfaction.
Leverage inbound leads and generate recent business through personal networks.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver strategic L&D; solutions.
Opportunity to take on team leadership responsibilities in the future.
Candidate Requirements
5–10 years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales.
Mandatory: 1–2 years of experience selling upskilling or L&D; programs.
Strong preference for candidates from L&D; or HR consulting companies.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills—must represent Meeraq confidently.
Proven ability to connect with clients using robust storytelling and value articulation.
