Produce quality, on-budget, and on-schedule solutions on projects.
Creatively solve complex problems.
Experience working as a React.js developer with NextJS, proficiency with building responsive layouts using CSS and CSS precompilation. Extensive exposure to working with Typescript.
Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
Experience refactoring code and algorithms for improved performance and robustness.
Experience working on design systems building highly composable, reusable components.
Experience with code review, performance analysis, and understanding of large-scale application infrastructure and dependencies.
Knowledge of unit testing frameworks, including Jest and React Testing Library.
Familiarity with design patterns and microservices-based architecture patterns.
Manage continuous frontend performance optimization.
Contribute to internal initiatives like improving the development processes.
Plan, design, build, and review content-managed, usable, and accessible,



and standards-compliant websites.
Participate in frontend web development project life cycle from pitch/prototyping through definition and design to build, integration, QA, and delivery.
Assist producers/project managers with effort estimation, timeline planning, and requirement gathering for all projects.
Inculcate a culture of innovation and high quality in the teams.
Influence, collaborate, and communicate effectively with the leadership.
Motivate, mentor, and encourage multi-tasking within the team.
Work in a fast-paced development workplace - interact with product owners, business analysts, testers, and developers.
