About the Role

WeWork India is seeking a Lead, Sales to help lead its sales efforts in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be diligent with a proven track record in sales. They will be tasked with prospecting, outreaching, and generating midsize, and large company leads in their market.



The self-driven and self-motivated candidate will be responsible for pitching, tour, and closing sales in all WeWork locations across their market.

Roles and Responsibilities
50% Lead generation and prospecting (i.e., IPC meetings, On ground Business Development, cold calling/outreach, social media, networking, events, etc.) - Crucial for the profile.
25% Existing sales pipeline management
25% Account management
Owning the occupancy of the allotted cluster(s) and working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure overall health is maintained
Cultivating business relationships with existing and prospective accounts, and develop IPC (broker) relationships
Partner with the Inside Sales and Community teams to ensure successful placement and follow-up of current member
Utilize cutting-edge and creative sales tactics
Touring and demonstrating WeWork locations and business solutions with potential members
