Roles & Responsibilities:-
Assist in food preparation and presentation of high-quality Sushi and Asian dishes
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety standards
Support the smooth operation and statuin readuness of the kitchen during shifts

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients and components for sushi and Asian dishes
Assist in cooking, plating, and garnishing dishes
Maintain station readiness and cleaning duties
Collaborate with the chef and team to ensure effective service
Develop knowledge of sushi and Asian cuisine, ingredients, and techniques
Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to menu development

Qualifications:
Culinary training or certification (preferred)
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Keen interest in sushi and Asian cuisine
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting
Physical stamina to stand for long periods
