The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the monitoring, operation, and maintenance of both wind-solar hybrid projects and existing operating wind farms. This role will involve strategic oversight, daily operations, and coordination with multiple teams to ensure optimal performance and compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. The Manager will also provide senior management with regular updates, and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day monitoring of wind-solar hybrid projects and ensure its smooth execution.
Develop and implement performance tracking systems for hybrid projects, ensuring they meet the given timelines.
Regularly provide updates to senior management regarding project status, ongoing challenges.
Create and present detailed PowerPoint presentations that outline operational performance, maintenance status.
Lead and manage cross-functional teams responsible for the project execution, operation and maintenance of wind and solar hybrid assets.
Collaborate with EPC Contractor and construction teams for seamless project execution and taking-over.
Collaborate with OEMs for wind turbines and solar modules, ensuring explicit and consistent communication. Coordinate procurement activities, ensuring that all wind turbines, components, and solar modules are delivered as per the project timelines and specifications. Monitor the quality and compliance of equipment delivered by OEMs and ensure it meets contractual and technical standards.
Oversee the logistics process, including the transportation, delivery, and storage of wind turbine components and solar modules. Coordinate with transportation providers, ensuring protected and timely delivery of large equipment, such as turbine blades, nacelles, towers, and solar panels. Ensure all equipment is properly documented, tracked, and stored safely to prevent damage or loss during transit and handling.
