Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Labelling and a strong understanding
of design processes prototyping and product development strategies. This role is crucial for
ensuring the quality and reliability of our products directly impacting our companys success

Responsibilities
 Lead the testing efforts for various projects ensuring all deliverables meet the highest
quality standards.
 Oversee the development and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts.
 Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers fostering a team-oriented and productive
team environment.
 Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure
comprehensive test coverage.
 Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and
accuracy.
 Conduct thorough reviews of test results identifying and documenting defects and
inconsistencies.




 Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and verify fixes ensuring a seamless
integration of recent features.
 Monitor and report on testing progress providing regular updates to stakeholders and
management.
 Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing and quality
assurance.
 Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and
methodologies.
 Utilize expertise in Labelling to ensure accurate and compliant product labeling.
 Apply knowledge of design processes and prototyping to validate product functionality
and usability.
 Leverage product development strategies to align testing efforts with overall business
objectives.
Qualifications
 Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in testing with a focus on Labelling.
 Demonstrate robust knowledge of design processes and prototyping.
