Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on QA Engineer who thrives in fast-moving startup settings. You’ll take ownership of quality across web, mobile, and backend systems, working closely with product and engineering to ship reliable features quickly.
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end quality for new features and releases
Design and execute test cases for complex, real-world workflows (fleet ops, payments, telematics, analytics)
Actively collaborate with developers to catch issues early and unblock releases
Balance speed and quality in an Agile,
high-iteration setting
Contribute to test automation and lightweight QA processes as we scale
Think beyond test cases — question flows, edge cases, and product behaviour
What We’re Looking For
4–6 years of hands-on QA experience (manual and/or automation)
Solid understanding of Agile development and fast release cycles
Experience testing web apps, mobile apps, and APIs
Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving requirements
Ownership mindset, attention to detail, and bias toward action
Nice to Have
Startup or product-led company experience
Exposure to SaaS, mobility, logistics, payments, or IoT systems
Experience with test automation and CI/CD pipelines
