Job Title: Space Systems Engineer

Education & Experience:
Master’s degree in Aerospace, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in relevant or related work.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a systems engineer for spacecraft, ensuring integration of key spacecraft subsystems and components.
Develop mission requirements, Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), software requirements, and other design documents in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Conduct system-level trade studies to assess and uphold various technological budgets for spacecraft subsystems.
Develop validation and verification procedures for spacecraft subsystems.
Support spacecraft operations and testing subsystems to ensure functionality and performance.
Utilize system engineering tools and management processes, including version control and code review.
Apply fundamental knowledge in designing space systems, avionics concepts, Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC),



and flight software architectures.

Requirements & Skills:
Experience as a systems engineer for spacecraft or a robust understanding of key spacecraft subsystems and their associated components and integration.
Hands-on experience with spacecraft operations and testing subsystems.
Expertise in developing mission requirements and collaborating across teams to define system specifications.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct system-level trade studies.
Proficiency in system engineering tools, management tools, and processes such as version control and code review.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, and C++.

Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to flight software architectures and avionics concepts.
Experience working with space industry standards and regulations.
Knowledge of advanced spacecraft control and automation systems.
