Process Analysis and Intelligence:
Use SAP Signavio Process Intelligence to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and prospects for process improvement.
Perform root cause analysis using process mining techniques to uncover hidden issues and risks.
Develop dashboards and visualizations to present insights effectively to stakeholders. Process Optimization and Strategy
Collaborate with business units to design and recommend optimized workflows based on data-driven insights.
Identify and prioritize key process improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Monitor and measure the impact of process changes to ensure continuous improvement. Implementation and Integration.
Configure and customize SAP Signavio Process Intelligence solutions to meet client-specific needs.
Integrate SAP Signavio with other ERP systems, such as SAP S/4HANA, to ensure seamless data flow.
