As a Sales Manager for Two Wheeler Loans, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the assigned territory. The role requires a proactive and results-driven skilled with excellent sales and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement:
Drive two-wheeler loan sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.




Identify and explore current business opportunities within the region.
Dealer and DSA Management:
Build and maintain solid relationships with dealers and DST.
Ensure timely onboarding and training of partners on loan products and processes.
Customer Engagement:
Address customer queries and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction.
Ensure smooth loan processing and quick disbursal timelines.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of executives to meet sales objectives.
Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable feedback.
Market Analysis:
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Provide insights to develop effective sales strategies.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management regularly.
