Position Overview:
As a VR Developer, you will work closely with our design and engineering teams to create, enhance, and optimize 3D assets for our VR applications. Your core focus will be on modeling, texturing, and integrating high-quality 3D models that will be used in our diverse VR environments.

Responsibilities:
Develop and create high-quality 3D models, including characters, environments, and props for use in VR applications.
Work within Unity to import, optimize, and troubleshoot 3D assets.
Collaborate with designers and developers to understand and translate conceptual designs into 3D models.
Implement texturing and lighting to enhance the look and feel of models.
Regularly review and iterate on 3D assets based on feedback from the team and users.




Maintain a clear understanding of the project's artistic direction and ensure models meet quality standards.
Stay updated with the latest 3D modeling tools and techniques and bring innovation to the company.

Qualifications:
Degree in a related field, or equivalent qualified/personal experience.
Proven experience in 3D modeling, preferably within the VR or gaming industry.
Robust proficiency in 3D modeling tools, especially Blender.
Experience with Unity 3D engine, including importing and optimizing 3D assets.
Understanding of texturing, lighting, shading, and animation techniques.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work on intricate design elements.
Strong portfolio showcasing your previous 3D modeling work.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Nice to Have:
Experience with other 3D modeling software like 3ds Max.
