About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher who has completed 1 year of Articleship and recently qualified as a Chartered Accountant. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation and finalization of financial statements as per applicable accounting standards.
Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits under the guidance of senior team members.
Handle day-to-day accounting and reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer, intercompany).
Prepare GST returns, TDS returns, and other tax-related filings.
Assist in preparation of MIS reports, variance analysis, and budgeting.
Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST laws, and other regulatory requirements.
Perform financial analysis and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Work closely with seniors to identify process improvements and support operational efficiency.
Required Skills:
Solid understanding of Accounting Standards (Ind AS/AS).
Basic knowledge of taxation, audit procedures, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software (Tally/ERP/SAP preferred).
Good communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
