We are seeking an Associate Manager, IT Audit with experience in assurance and controls background to join eBay’s Global Internal Audit team based in Bengaluru, India. This is a hybrid role, requiring onsite presence at least three days each week.

In this role, you will conduct IT audits within eBay Inc.



You will collaborate with global audit team members and partners across different time zones. Your work includes performing control testing, identifying control gaps and business risks, and contributing to meaningful, outcome-focused audit results.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Internal Audit and plays a key role in strengthening audit execution and collaboration across our global Internal Audit organization.

The ideal candidate is analytical, diligent, and team-oriented, with a solid sense of ownership and a desire to contribute beyond meeting requirements.

What you will accomplish:
Independently complete technology audit programs, including control design and operating efficiency testing, in accordance with Internal Audit methodology.
Act as a key contributor within the cross-regional audit teams, coordinating workstreams and ensuring alignment across time zones.
