Responsibilities
Process Optimization: Establish and optimize molding conditions for recent and existing products.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to molding processes, materials, and equipment.
Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet quality standards and production goals.
Tooling Management: Evaluate and recommend improvements for tooling to enhance quality and efficiency.
Documentation: Maintain accurate process documentation and mold process sheets.
Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and cost reduction using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques.
Training: Provide training to process technicians on scientific molding practices.
Shift Management: Oversee and manage shift operations to ensure smooth production flow.
Qualifications
Completed 2 Years or more in the same role and are ready to relocate to Baddi - Baddi Himachal Pradesh can apply.
