Minfy looking for a Talent Manager, the successful incumbent will be a key partner to the HR Function to assess, develop, implement, and address talent needs for India and other teams globally during a time of growth in an effort to improve performance and promote the
The function will holistically own talent management including performance management, talent development, organization development, manager & leadership capability, diversity & inclusion and learning among others. The role will need to think systematically using technology and people levers to create the optimum workplace for robust performance today and in the future.
The position will report to the Head of HR and the Head of Growth Strategy to drive execution. The successful candidate will be a systems thinker, with a strong customer focus, strong project management capability and a passion for creating high performance organizations. Responsibilities




Support the development and implementation of talent management programs and processes that grow organizational capability through employee engagement, performance management and employee, manager and leadership learning and development
Work in collaboration with HR business partners and business leaders to generate insights from the employee engagement survey to support subsequent actions that drive improved engagement both across the enterprise and within individual lines of businesses
Actively contribute to the implementation of learning curriculum and development initiatives that are aligned with current and forward-looking enterprise needs, employee development plans and individual line of business objectives
Facilitate orientation to new hires and support local and global on boarding processes
Support the execution of talent review and the succession planning process for India and readying of ta
