Role Responsibilities

Design and configure Salesforce CPQ to align with client specifications.
Develop custom solutions and enhancements within the Salesforce CPQ setting.
Conduct thorough testing of CPQ solutions to verify correctness and performance.
Deliver user training sessions and develop comprehensive documentation.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce CPQ applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce CPQ.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and enhancements related to CPQ.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment with client expectations.
Mentor and guide junior team members in CPQ best practices.
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and improve CPQ functionalities.
Implement and refine processes for peak operational efficiency.
Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making.
Adhere to change management protocols during implementations.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ.
Robust understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
Proven experience in a technical leadership role.
Experience with integration of Salesforce CPQ with other systems.
Hands-on experience in coding and customization within Salesforce.
Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and Apex programming.
